Data on the exchange is updated in real-time, without the need to constantly refresh the page. The user decides on the number of offers displayed on the page. It saves time by quickly browsing many offers simultaneously without returning to the offer table. Additionally, all offer details will be displayed in a separate tab. Detailed attributes specifying the necessary requirements for cargo transport make the offer clear and precise for the recipient. This allows narrowing the choice only to desired carriers.
Express saving of offers in multiple combinations - as a template for future use, copying from the list of previous offers, adding multiple offers with one click.
While working on the exchange, users can create 'tabs' for each search criterion. In a situation where the user is interested in several specific types of transport, they can create a separate tab for each of them. The content of the tabs is also updated in real-time. The state of the tabs is saved on the server, so if the user uses the exchange on different devices and at different times, the state of the tabs will always be the same.
Thanks to the possibility of refreshing, the offer returns to the beginning of the table, which significantly increases its chance of finding a buyer. Refreshing is possible twice within the so-called "offer lifetime".
In the monitoring details, the forwarder has a view of the route the driver has taken, the last status along with the exact geographical position, estimated arrival time, as well as all statuses that the driver has set so far, along with annotations and photos/files.
Additionally, the system will automatically notify the forwarder in case of a high probability of delay in transport execution.
The mobile application is available for IOS and Android systems. The driver logs into the application after obtaining two pieces of data from their coordinator (or directly in the service in the "Monitoring" tab): "Trip ID" and "PIN" code.
From now on, the application can run in the background, and on the application screen, the driver sees the full range of information about the transport that was attached to the monitoring by the coordinator.
Measuring the driver's working time
Quick contact - with 1 click - with the forwarder who ordered the transport
Determining the driver's route by regularly transmitting the vehicle's geographical position to the service
Reporting a delay with an optional additional annotation and photo, which will automatically notify the forwarder
Changing subsequent statuses of the transport stage, depending on the type of transport, i.e. 'import' or 'export'. The driver can attach an annotation and a photo to each status
Automatic notifications for the forwarder in case of a high probability of delay in transport execution
For user convenience, two types of chat are available: offer chat and general chat.

Additionally, within the chat window, the user receives notifications about each new offer reservation.
General chat: allows for conversations with any exchange participant.
